Terms of Service

FoundInVegas is a personal record-keeping tool for tracking your own casino sessions and bankroll. It is not a gambling service. It does not accept wagers, hold funds, pay out winnings, or facilitate any real-money gaming. All figures you enter are your own records.

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (21+ in Nevada) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and choose a display name that isn't impersonating, offensive, or infringing. We may reclaim or reset display names that violate this.

You own the data you log. By opting into the leaderboard, you grant us permission to display your chosen display name and aggregate stats publicly for as long as the toggle is on. You can opt out at any time.

Don't upload unlawful content or attempt to abuse, scrape, overload, or break the Service.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Stats and calculations are for your own informational use — verify anything important yourself. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data won't be lost, so keep your own exports.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundInVegas and its operator are not liable for any gambling losses, indirect or consequential damages, or lost data arising from your use of the Service.

Gambling can be addictive. If it stops being fun, or you feel you may have a problem, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 (US), available 24/7.

We may update these terms or discontinue the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
